Black Quill

Portrait of a London-based tattoo artist holding a sculptural ceramic piece against a neutral background.

ABOUT ME

I work in contrast - fluid and rigid, organic and constructed. I’m drawn to the tension between control and instinct, structure and softness. I explore what is real, imperfect, and fleeting.

My practice moves across skin, canvas, and clay.
Tattoos that become part of the body.
Paintings that hold presence in a space.
Ceramic forms that feel grounding and alive.

Each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. I don’t chase perfection - I celebrate authenticity. This is work made to be lived with, to resonate, and to become part of your story.

PROCESS

Every project begins with conversation. We define intention, mood, and direction - what the piece should carry, and why.

From there, I develop a design that reflects both your story and my artistic language. No replicas. No templates. Each work evolves through dialogue and material.

COLLABORATE

Custom tattoos, original paintings, ceramic objects, and private commissions are available.

If you feel connected to the work, let’s create something meaningful together.
